CS Subhash Setia had served about 40 years in Government Maharatna and large bodies corporate in senior capacity. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Associate Member of the The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Law Graduate, Post Graduate in Economics, and Diploma in Tax Laws.

He was member of the Secretarial Standard Board (ICSI) and CSR improvement Committee constituted by MCA, Govt. Of India. He re presented as Co-Chairman of Company Laws & Corporate Governance Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce. He is visiting faculty of ICSI, ICAI, PHD Chamber , Amity University, IOD and other professional bodies. He is expert in RERA, SEBI, Stock and other day to day compliance requirements for a bodies corporate.

Mr. Setia has enriched and multifarious experience in the fields of Secretarial including Board/ Committees and General meetings, Corporate Laws, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Listing Regulations, Secretarial Audit, maintenance of Statutory Records, Accounting, Financial Services.

Mr. Setia specialized in mergers, amalgamations, arrangements, take-overs, Pubic Issue, Debt raising and their listing, drafting of various policies as required under the Companies Act, 2013 and all kinds of petitions required under Companies Act, 2013. He represented before RoC, Regional Director, NCLT, official liquidator, High Court, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RERA and other Governmental authorities. He is an expert in recovering shares from IEPF , buy-back, ESOP, Legal affairs. He also specializes in all Secretarial, Corporate Laws, general management, providing tailor made innovative solutions in Companies Act, corporate affairs, CSR services etc. and implementation thereto for sustainable growth of the bodies corporates.

In addition he is expert in delivering highest quality of services in an accurate, timely bound manner. He is also on the Boards of bodies corporate in capacity of Independent Director.
